Question: How do i turn on the passcode for the ipod touch 8gb.?

I pressed on setting on the main screen than it took me to the settings thing and than I pressed on general and looked for passcode lock and press it and put in my code and than I press on the one that said turn off the pass code and itt was suppose to tun on the pass code for the iPod touch and then t ooo me back to the general screen and next to the word passcode lock it said off so I reapeated the same steps over and over but it stayed off. How am I suppose to turn on my passcode for my iPod. |
